Careers - Parents Hub

Welcome to the Parents’ Careers Hub

At Hele’s, we value Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) as being at the heart of what we do. We support our students in being ready to learn, ready for the World of Work and ready to fulfil their potential.

We work towards the CDi framework and we review our programme using the Gatsby Benchmarks. We are also proud to maintain the Quality in Careers Standard.
We are supported by the Enterprise Adviser Network by Darren Jones, Operations Manager at EE Limited. Our CEIAG Governor is Rod Else. Impartial 1:1 guidance is provided to students through CSW Group and our CSW Adviser is Katie Cable.

Students in Yr 11 and P16 who would like an appointment to see Katie can do so by contacting Miss Miller (millerr@heles.plymouth.sch.uk).

Our CEIAG SLT Lead is Andrea Ayres and our Careers Leader is Rebecca Miller.

Parents and Carers - If you would like to offer any suggestions, or actively participate in our careers programme, then please fill out this form.
